When you share a photo to make a bracelet, you're trusting us with something precious. We take that seriously. Your photos and personal details are kept safe and used only to create and deliver your keepsake.
How we use your photo
We only use the photo you upload to make your bracelet. We don't share it with anyone else, we don't post it online, and we don't keep it forever. Once your order is complete and safely delivered, we delete the photo from our systems.
Keeping information safe
Your name, address, and payment details are handled by trusted, secure services — never stored where they shouldn't be. We use the same protections you'd expect from any shop you trust.
No surprises
We don't sell your information. We don't send unwanted emails. We only contact you about your order — to confirm it, to let you know it's on its way, and to make sure it arrived safely.
